Conductor heads
A conductor head, also called a collector head or leader head, catches water from a scupper or gutter outlet and feeds it into the downspout. It slows the water, gives the run a finished top and is often the most visible piece of copper on the house.
Every head is fabricated and soldered in our Cleburne shop, in 16 oz or 20 oz copper, with the outlet sized to your downspout.

Conductor heads
Common questions
They are the same thing. The names vary by region; all describe the box at the top of a downspout that collects water from a scupper or gutter outlet.
Match the outlet to the downspout below it: 3 or 4 inch round, or 2x3 or 3x4 rectangular. If you are unsure, order with your downspout and we will check that they match.
Usually, yes. Send photos and the main dimensions through the custom quote route and we will quote a matching head.
Not a standard size? Tell us.
The configurator turns your measurements into an estimate and a quote request, for anything the store does not list.
